I was stayed here for a business trip, it made me feel at home straight away. The beautiful tall ceilings and big windows make it feel spacious and the location is wonderful too. There are lots of little independent shops and restaurants within walking distance.

BeweLage, Lage, Lage!
Neben der schick eingerichteten Wohnung hat uns die Lage im Graefekiez begeistert: viele nette Lokale und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Umgebung, der Landwehrkanal, Joggen zum Tempelhofer Feld, etc.
Durch die verkehrsberuhigten Straßen ist es vergleichsweise ruhig. Die Wohnung hat mit ihren gefühlt 6 Meter hohen Decken ein tolles Flair. Zu dritt (Eltern auf der Galerie im Doppelbett,
16-jährige Tochter unten auf dem Schlafsofa) haben wir hier eine tolle Woche verbracht und viele Aktivitäten zu Fuß oder per E-Roller unternommen.

The host was away, but made it very very easy for us to collect the key. The description was very accurate, and the place was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. The building it was in, was nice as well, and very easy to find. The area had alot to offer, with a great local bakery and restaurants. We spent one evening sat by the canal with some friends who live in Berlin, which was very peaceful and enjoyable. The area was also very qiuet. Next time we go to berlin, we would stay here again as we loved the ear so much!

Nice apartment with great location, tidy and clean. Lots of cafes and restaurants within short walking distance with great food. 7 minute walk to u-bahn and s-bahn makes it easy to get around the city. We didn't get to meet Stefan but it was no problem with the key.

The apartment was absolutely perfect. It is even nicer than in the photos! Plenty of space and has everything you need. The location is great with subway (U-bahn) less than ten minutes walk. I would recommend exploring the nearby area, there are lots of cafes, restaurants and bars within ten minutes from the apartment. Booking was easy and Sabine & Stefan always responded quickly. They live right next door so if you need anything it is never a problem. We also really appreciated being able to stay late on our last day as our flight was not until 6pm. Strongly recommend booking this apartment! Thanks for a great trip :)

were clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom is large and has a really nice shower. It's nicely located: near a busstop (bus runs every 10 minutes to the city center), in a quiet area. The hosts
were quick and friendly in their reply to our messages and questions.

We loved our stay in the apartment! Everything was
sparkling clean and appeared just as it did in the photos. Especially loved the cosy bed and bedding, and the shower was nice and hot. The neighbourhood was perfect as well--just a short walk to
cute shops, good restaurants, and grocery shops etc. So conveniently located. Sadly we didn't meet the hosts but it was nice to know we could have knocked on the door if we needed
anything.

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location -
with lots of lovely place to eat/drink just around the corner. Wi-Fi is available which is really handy and the kitchen is fully equipped. The hosts were really quick at responding and made the
whole experience very easy. I would stay here again and was really impressed. Can't wait to come back to Berlin.

Our stay at Stefan's apartment was perfect. We
could not have hoped for a better location from which to explore Kreuzberg. The apartment was both quiet and peaceful whilst also being just steps away from bars, cafes and shops. The maisonette
was lovely and offered the ideal home away from home. We didn't want to leave and we would love to return.

Great apartment in a lovely neighbourhood. We haven't met the owners, but they left the key so we could enter the apartment at any time. I definitely recommend this apartment to anyone!!!
The apartment was beautiful and exactly, if not better than the photos. In a really lovely area near to everything but also really quiet at night!
Stefan was very helpful & made us feel very welcome. It was also really nice to have the essentials (tea and coffee!) already there on arrival.
I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Berlin.

I definitely recommend this place!
The apartment is as lovely and clean as it looks in the photos. The bed linen for the sofa bed was placed on the bed upstairs, ready for use. There is an empty wardrobe where guests can put their belongings. The front window allows a lot of natural light to come in. We didn't cook because we ate out for all our meals, but the kitchen is well-equiped. There is a great bakery down the road, and there are many restaurants in this quiet and family-filled neighbourhood. We'd love to stay here again.
Lovely apartment! In quiet part of Kreutzberg with 10 min walk to 3 different metro stops.
No issues with checking in or out, good communication.
Cute cafe right across the street, also recommend Street Food Thursday in Kreutzberg, very cool!

Sabine always repsonded within 24 hours. The apartment was great and exactly matches the photos. Sabine gave us some good tips for restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this apartment!

A beautiful flat - the pictures definitely don't
do it justice! Stefan met us when we arrived and was really accommodating when we had a late flight on our last day. The flat is compact but has everything we needed. The area is lovely - tree
lined roads and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. We ate out almost every evening just a few minutes away. The canal is a few minutes walk away and we walked to Mitte, Potsdamer Platz, the
East Side Gallery etc. We would also recommend Little John Bikes near Sudstern station if you want to hire bikes.

An absolutely beautiful flat in a quiet street just a stone's throw from some great restaurants and bars. Beautiful high ceiling; clean and comfortable and very romantic. We loved it. We found clubs, bars and restaurants all within a short distance of us. I would happily come back here on my next trip to Berlin. Just look at the pictures, that will tell you all you need to know.
Just 30 EUR from the Schönefeld Airport, we were able to walk to (or get a 10 EUR) to most of the destinations on our trip.
Stefan and his wife were very respectful and helpful - they let us stay an extra couple of hours as our flight was a bit later. Everything was easy to figure out and they made us feel very welcome.

The apartment is beautifully designed, clean and comfortable, well equipped in everything one may need during their stay. The bed is huge and comfortable, and the flat is very quiet and peaceful, allowing for a good night sleep after a busy day of sightseeing. The canal is only round the corner, with many cosy restaurants and bars, and a lively nightlife. We chose to go out for meals most of the time, but the kitchen is well suited for proper cooking should the mood strike you. The flat is easy to get to and really well positioned for exploring Berlin and surrounding towns, with two tube stations nearby and busses to choose from. Stefan was away on holiday during our stay, but his friend welcomed us in his absence, and was lovely and helpful. It's a perfect flat for a couple or two friends, and definitely one I would stay in again!

This is a beautiful and spacious loft apartment in a great location. Stefan lives *very* close by, so we felt safe knowing that we could always knock on her door in an emergency. The apartment is large and airy, sparkling clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay! Located in the Kreuzberg area, we took public transportation a couple times and taxi-ed a couple times to the Mitte (central) district. It's about 10-12 euros to the Mitte, 24 euros to the TXL Tegel airport. It was hot in June - at night we had to decide between opening the windows (mosquitos!) and closing the windows (stifling!). Perhaps a fan would be a nice addition? Thanks Stefan! We had a lovely weekend in Berlin.

We had a fantastic stay at Stefan's apartment. Very roomy and everything you could ask for. It's a shame we were there only 3 nights. A short walk to the underground railway station and in a lovely quiet area. Highly recommend this apartment for a short or a long stay in Berlin.

I absolutely loved my stay in this beautiful apartment. Sabine and Stefan were reliable, friendly and made my stay here so easy. The apartment was such great value for money. Its set in a lovely street, close to everything in Kreuzberg. It had everything one could want in accomodation away from home and was extremely comfortable. I'm a fussy traveller who likes my comforts and this apartment had it all. I hired a bike on the same street and this was the easiest way to get around but its close to public transport, shops and cafe's. It would suit couples or single professionals like myself who want the comfort and privacy of an apartment with all amenities. Thanks Stefan and Sabine for helping to make my visit to Berlin so enjoyable.

This apartment is wonderful. Great location, stylish, roomy and perfectly clean. The bed is big and comfy, the kitchen has everything you need, and there is a relaxing living area. The hosts were great; very prompt with responses and requests. I absolutely recommend staying here! The Turkish market, great restaurants, metro & bus stops are all close by.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the place couldn't have been better. The apartment is located is on a quiet street in Kreuzberg but is only a short walk to lots of nearby restaurants, cafes and bars. It is also a short walk to a u-bahn station and within a few stops of nearly all the major sights and attractions of Berlin. The apartment itself is cosy, very clean and has all the amenities you might want. Stefan and Sabine were really friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store our bags in their apartment for the day after we had checked out. Highly Recommended!

Das mit sehr viel Stil eingerichtete Apartment liegt wunderbar mitten in Kreuzberg. Nur eine Strasse vom Landwehrkanal entfernt und dabei vollkommen ruhig während der Nacht. A great place to stay for a single or a couple! Everything is in place and truly clean. The bed on the gallery is very cosy and intimate. The neighbourhood offers a lot: cafe's, restaurant, bakery ... all you need for a enjoyable time!

This place was perfect for a week-long stay. It was incredibly clean and beautiful, and the shower was awesome! It was also in a really cute part of town, quiet street, and right around the corner from a great pizza place. Would recommend to any traveler.

We stayed in Stefan's flat for 3 days and really liked it! The place is very cosy, clean and welcoming. It is well equiped, it really feels as they have thought of everything! We loved the neighborhood, wich is full of cool coffee shops and restaurants. We felt better to stay in a flat that is designated for sublets, compared to staying at somebody's house. Stefan was a kind and considerable host. We would love to stay there again when we come to lovely Berlin!
